AUTUMN 2018 WELLNESS RETREAT

October 2018, Francesca took part in the Life Essence Council Autumn Retreat “ Five Steps To Your Essential Life Essence”with Pier Pagano (intuitive counselor specializing in Repatterning), Erika Weber (acupuncturist & founder of 16th St Acupuncture) & Michelle Cohen of The Movement Forest. The 6 day bespoke retreat took place in a 15th century farm house and biodynamic vineyard in Cremolino. Guests took part in 4 different wellness modalities (acupuncture, movement therapy, intuitive counseling and astrology) to synergistically work to prepare guests for changing season.
